This is the pep talk I wish someone had given me when I had a “good life”… and still felt hollow.
Because a lot of women don’t feel empty because they’re ungrateful.
They feel empty because they aren’t creating.
You can have the relationship, the career, the routines, the healing work, the self-care…
And still feel flat. Restless. Like something inside you is quietly begging for more.
In Episode 4 of the SEEN Podcast, I’m talking about why nothing feels like enough until you create.
Not because you need to monetize your art or become a full-time writer.
But because your life force needs somewhere to go.
A nervous system can be calm and still starved.
And regulation without expression often feels lifeless.
When women stop creating, their energy doesn’t disappear.
It turns into irritation. Numbness. Longing. That “what is wrong with me?” feeling.
But the moment they start writing, speaking, telling the truth…Something wakes up.
This is also why I built The Writer’s Rebellion — because I’ve watched women open up in one call and remember who the hell they are.
The hollow feeling isn’t a problem to solve.
It’s unexpressed life asking to move.
And it isn’t meant to go away.
It’s meant to be answered.
